Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Project Management Office (PMO) to support the planning, execution, and governance of strategic and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to leverage AI-driven solutions to improve PMO efficiency and reporting.

Key Requirements

    • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of project planning, Gantt charts, timelines, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboards.
    • Familiarity with AI tools that can improve project planning, reporting, and PMO efficiency.
    • Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Decent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, or Project Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing project dashboards, governance reports, KPIs, and executive presentations.
