Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong Claude AI expertise to help build, enhance, and optimize our Power BI reporting environment. The candidate will leverage advanced Power BI and Claude capabilities to improve reporting efficiency, automate analytics workflows, and support the BI team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Utilize Claude AI for report development, DAX/query generation, documentation, and analytics.
Improve report performance, usability, and data visualization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Support and mentor team members on AI-enabled BI best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
Hands-on experience using Claude AI for BI, analytics, and reporting workflows.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with report optimization and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Azure Data Platform.
Exposure to Generative AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
