KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

KRA1 Requirement handling for Institutional customers 1. Interact with institutional customers and understand their specific requirements

Generate purchase orders after the specifications get finalized
Reconfirm the work order with customer as soon as its generated

KRA2 Communicating the customer requirements to Brand team 1. Mediate between the customers and brand team regarding the customized needs

Generate work orders based on purchase orders

KRA3 Coordination among various departments for a smooth process flow 1. Coordinate with logistics, sourcing, branding, quality control teams

Fill in all communication gaps in the entire order cycle including the follow up on payments
