Partnership Manager
Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
We are Hiring Partnership Manager - API & Strategic Partnerships at Link Publishers Pvt. Ltd
Experience: 3-5 Years
Department: Sales & Partnerships
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
About The Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager - API & Strategic Partnerships who can identify and build partnerships with SEO products, SaaS platforms, agencies, and other digital marketing businesses.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify companies where the Link Publishers API can be integrated into their existing product or where our platform can be offered as a white-label link-building solution under the partner's own brand.
This is not a traditional sales role focused on mass cold outreach. We are looking for someone who can research a product, understand how it works, identify where Link Publishers fits into its ecosystem, and then approach the right decision-maker with a personalized partnership proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify API Partnership Opportunities
You Will Be Expected To
1/ Understand what the target product does and who its customers are.
2/ Explore the product, website, features, pricing, and existing integrations.
3/ Identify where link-building capabilities can fit naturally into the product.
4/ Develop a clear use case for integrating the Link Publishers API.
5/ Identify the right companies based on partnership potential rather than simply building large prospect lists.
For example, if an SEO platform helps users identify backlink opportunities but doesn't provide a way to actually purchase or execute those placements, you should be able to identify how Link Publishers can potentially fill that gap through an API integration.
- Build White-Label Partnerships
The goal is to position Link Publishers as their backend link-building partner while they continue selling the service under their own brand name.
Potential Partners May Include
1/ SEO agencies
2/ Digital marketing agencies
3/ SaaS companies
4/ SEO platforms
5/ Content marketing platforms
6/ Reseller businesses
7/ Enterprise SEO service providers
You will understand their existing business model and propose a white-label partnership that makes commercial sense for both companies.
- CXO & Decision-Maker Outreach
Founders, Co-Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of SEO, Heads of Partnerships, Product Heads, Business Heads, and other senior stakeholders.
The role requires thoughtful outreach rather than sending generic templates.
Before Contacting a Prospect, You Should Understand
What does their company do? → Where can Link Publishers fit? → What value can we add? → Who is the right person to approach? → What should the partnership proposal look like?
- Personalized Email Outreach
You should be able to research a product and write a personalized email explaining exactly how an API integration or white-label partnership could benefit their business.
We Are Not Looking For Generic Emails Such As
"We provide link-building services and would love to explore a partnership."
Instead, outreach should demonstrate that you have understood the prospect's product and identified a genuine integration opportunity.
Emails should be concise, personalized, commercially relevant, and written to generate conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Partnership Discussions & Closure
This Includes
1/ Understanding the partner's requirements
2/ Conducting discovery calls
3/ Presenting relevant API/white-label solutions
4/ Coordinating product demonstrations
5/ Discussing commercial models
6/ Coordinating technical discussions with internal teams
7/ Following up with stakeholders
8/ Managing NDA/documentation requirements
9/ Moving opportunities toward integration and launch
You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable understanding how APIs work from a business and product perspective.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 3-5 years in Partnerships, Business Development, SaaS Sales, Strategic Alliances, API Partnerships, SEO SaaS, or a similar role.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
1/ Strong understanding of SaaS products and online business models.
2/ Good understanding of SEO and link building.
3/ Ability to research and understand new products independently.
4/ Ability to identify API integration opportunities.
5/ Experience communicating with founders and CXO-level stakeholders.
6/ Excellent written English and email communication.
7/ Strong personalization and cold outreach skills.
8/ Ability to convert product research into a compelling partnership proposition.
9/ Confidence conducting discovery and partnership calls.
10/ Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
11/ Commercial mindset and ability to think beyond traditional sales.
Technical Understanding
You do not need to code for this role.
However, You Should Understand Basic Concepts Such As
API integrations, SaaS platforms, data exchange, product integrations, white-label solutions, marketplaces, and reseller models.
You should be able to communicate a potential integration use case clearly enough for product and technical teams to take the discussion forward.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not measured simply by the number of emails sent.
We will primarily look at the quality and business impact of partnerships generated, including:
Relevant companies identified → Decision-makers contacted → Qualified partnership conversations → API/White-label opportunities → Commercial discussions → Signed partnerships → Successful integrations
The objective is to build long-term distribution and technology partnerships that allow Link Publishers' inventory and link-building capabilities to reach customers through other products and brands.
About Link Publishers
Link Publishers is a link-building marketplace that connects businesses, agencies, and SEO professionals with publishers across multiple industries and markets.
Through our API and white-label solutions, partners can integrate link-building capabilities into their own products or offer link-building services under their own brand while Link Publishers supports the inventory and fulfillment from the backend.
We are looking for someone who can identify where these partnerships make sense and turn those opportunities into scalable business relationships.
