About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on business operations, process optimization, operational analytics, workflow automation, KPI measurement, cross-functional operations, and AI-generated business content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated operational workflows, business process documentation, dashboards, SOPs, business reports, performance metrics, automation strategies, and operational recommendations. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise operations, business optimization, and operational decision-making.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in business operations, operations strategy, business analysis, process improvement, program management, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated SOPs, process maps, operational dashboards, workflow documentation, business reports, performance analyses, and implementation recommendations.
• Evaluate operational processes involving cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, performance monitoring, business reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify AI-generated recommendations for workflow optimization, operational planning, productivity improvements, automation opportunities, and business process standardization.
• Assess AI-generated operational solutions for feasibility, efficiency, scalability, and enterprise readiness.
• Identify process bottlenecks, operational risks, reporting inconsistencies, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in business operations, operational analytics, and enterprise process optimization.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in business operations, operations management, business analysis, process improvement, program management, consulting, or operational excellence.
• Analyzing and improving operational processes.
• Creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational reports.
• Monitoring KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Supporting cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Reviewing AI-generated operational documentation and business recommendations.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, project management tools, workflow automation platforms, and reporting systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate business processes objectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consulting firms, technology companies, SaaS organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), startups, financial services, healthcare organizations, or enterprise operations teams.
• Experience supporting business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, automation initiatives, or enterprise process optimization.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated SOPs, dashboards, workflow documentation, operational reports, business cases, or performance analyses.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-assisted business operations, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), business process automation, or intelligent workflow platforms is highly desirable.
