- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in real estate or construction projects
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate / construction
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
