Position Summary
This position will be responsible for all HR related matters regarding the employees in the assigned groups in India and needs to meet the requirements of the managers while ensuring alignment with local HR practices and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Support organizational change and transformation program.
Workforce planning and Talent Strategy
- Analyzes team structures and future talent needs.
- Develop hiring plans, succession strategies and skill development roadmaps
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition , L&D and Dept. Heads.
- Supporting Hiring managers in interview process and selecting the right candidate.
- Creating induction plant for new joinees, to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Performance & Talent Management
- Guide employees and leaders thr
- ough goal-setting, feedback mechanism and performance review cycles
- Active partnership in Talent review process.
- Help identify high performers and support succession planning
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conducting Focused Group discussion and partnering with managers to ensure the timely closure of open issues.
- Promote a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Development
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps.
- Support career development and leadership training programs.
- Change Management
- Lead or support organizational change initiatives.
- Ensure smooth transitions during restructures, mergers, or other transformations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and track progress.
- Provide insights on turnover, engagement, diversity, etc.
- Collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
- Work closely with specialists in recruitment, compensation, L&D, etc., to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support on the implementation of a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
- Drive talent agenda together with the managers and in line with the P-E HR strategy.
- Advising the departments on personnel requirements planning / succession planning.
- Preparation of KPIs as well as presentations and reports
- Support in projects for the further development of the HR department.
- Update and maintain all relevant HR information systems
- Understanding of the long- and short-term strategy and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resourcesor other related fields.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of local labor law.
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Outgoing personality with strong communcation skills, - independent and structured working style as well as a solution-oriented mindset.
- High customer orientation and good understanding of intercultural challenges
- High affinity for new HR trends and systems.
