What makes the role meaty?

• Conduct routine quality inspections at vendor facilities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and internal quality standards.
• Support vendor audits and follow up on CAPA closure.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per specifications.
• Maintain quality records, traceability, temperature logs, and audit documentation.
• Investigate quality deviations and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and food safety.

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in QA/QC, Food Safety, Food Manufacturing, or Vendor Quality (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and quality systems.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to vendor locations.
