Bid Manager – Dept Technology and Marketing Private Limited - Mumbai (In Person)

Dept is looking for a Bid Manager to own proposal, RFP, and RFI responses and coordinate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, winning bids.

What you'll do

• Manage bids end-to-end, from understanding requirements to submission.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Design, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Write and develop clear, persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Manage timelines, reviews, approvals, and submissions.
• Maintain a library of templates, case studies, and standard responses.
• Track bid performance and improve future submissions.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in bid management or proposal coordination.
• Experience in IT services, digital, tech pre-sales, or similar services-led environments.
• Strong proposal writing and RFP interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple bids and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides / PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Experience with procurement portals, RFP platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Mumbai-based and comfortable working in-office.

Compensation

₹10L–₹12L total CTC.
