Role Purpose

The Regional Operations Head will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution and operational delivery of multiple high-rise residential projects within the region. The role will drive project planning, construction excellence, quality, safety, commercial performance, stakeholder management, and timely project delivery while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to project teams and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Operations & Execution

  • Lead the execution of multiple high-rise residential projects from mobilization to handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety parameters.
  • Monitor project progress through regular reviews and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays and risks.
  • Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiencies across projects.

Construction Management

  • Oversee structural, finishing, MEP, façade, and external development activities across projects.
  • Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies, engineering standards, and best practices.
  • Drive adoption of innovative construction technologies and value engineering initiatives.

Commercial & Cost Management

  • Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost performance.
  • Review procurement strategies, contract administration, and vendor performance.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.

Quality & Safety

  • Establish and monitor robust quality assurance and quality control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and organizational EHS standards.
  • Drive a strong safety culture across all project sites with zero tolerance for unsafe practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Liaison teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engage with consultants, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities for effective project delivery.
  • Present project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Project Heads, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams.
  • Build high-performing teams through capability development and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Risk & Governance

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals, contractual obligations, and internal governance processes.
  • Conduct periodic project audits and operational reviews.

Who are we looking for?

Education

  • BE Civil

Experience

  • Relevant years of work experience in construction industry in managing projects on site.
  • Experience in managing consultants and contractors in order to complete goals, objectives and schedules.
  • Should have managed the complete project lifecycle for high-rise buildings of 280 metres or above
