We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Manager** to join our growing team in the **Kasba region**. If you have a passion for banking, a knack for sales, and at least **1 year of experience** in financial products or services, we’d love to hear from you!

### **Key Responsibilities:**

Drive sales of banking products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and present regular sales reports
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

### **Key Requirements:**

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in banking or financial services)
Must be willing to work in and around the **Kasba** region
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in business or finance)
