About this Position: Support digital transformation projects by gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs and user stories, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, assisting with UAT and defect tracking, maintaining project documentation, supporting SharePoint, Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI activities, and facilitating collaboration between business and IT teams to drive continuous process improvement.

What you´ll do:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for digitalization initiatives.
  • Support preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and user stories.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirement clarification and approvals.
  • Track project activities and follow up with vendors for timely delivery of solutions.
  • Support testing activities including preparation of test cases, execution of UAT, and defect tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in SharePoint, Power Apps, and other business application-related activities.
  • Support data analysis and dashboard preparation using Excel and Power BI.
  • Act as a coordination point between business users, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

What makes you a good fit:

  • Minimum 01 year of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Excellent writing and Oral communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to create process flow diagrams and documentation, good organizational and stakeholder management skills, eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes and good time management and collaboration skills,
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Understanding of software testing concepts and UAT.
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases, awareness of UI/UX concepts and Figma
