Your Role

2 to 4 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.
Experience in handling complex customer issues, escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.

YOUR PROFILE

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong customer handling and escalation management skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
