Job Title: Recruiter (Non-IT / IT — Volume Hiring)

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 2 – 6 Years

Shift: Rotational / Flexible Shifts (as per business requirement)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the flexibility to work in shifts based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills — Boolean search, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational/flexible shifts.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate must own a personal laptop (mandatory for work).
• Must be willing to work from office (WFO) — no remote/hybrid option.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-volume/bulk hiring.
• Exposure to ATS tools (Naukri RMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.).
• Prior experience in BPO/ITES, IT, or shift-based recruitment environments.
