This role will provide the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders across our firm. You’ll use and learn traditional and innovative tools and techniques to demonstrate how our team can enable positive transformation across our business. We believe it is not a necessity to already have experience in professional services and believe that the more diverse industry experience you bring to the team, the better.
Your role as a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) is to be the “voice of the business” ensuring that our technology teams deliver solutions that meet business needs. You will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll do this by proactively understanding our business, eliciting requirements, and continually looking for ways to improve the user experience. In addition, your role will support the Head of BA to evolve the practice, including being a role model and leader for other members on the team.
Our Analysts are business and user-experienced, with excellent relationship management skills and a creative problem-solving approach.
Work you'll do
As a Technical Proj & Program Mgmt, ICS, Core, USI Support Delivery on the Business Analysis team, you will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation aligned to technical design and implementation.
- Partner with developers, architects, product owners, and testers to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and support delivery through Agile ceremonies.
- Document technical constraints, system interactions, data flows, integrations, and application programming interface (API) specifications that may affect solution design and implementation.
- Build stakeholder alignment by facilitating discussions, managing competing priorities, and communicating technical concepts in business terms and business requirements in technical terms.
Join a collaborative Agile team that works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Test Engineers to deliver innovative technology solutions. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications. The team values strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to work on system integrations, APIs, process transformation initiatives, and emerging technologies while contributing to meaningful business outcomes in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience as a technical business analyst or in a business analysis role supporting product, application, or technology delivery.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Experience working with architects, developers, testers, and product managers across the software development lifecycle.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical artifacts including application programming interface (API) documentation, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) payloads, database schemas, and solution designs.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of data modeling, system integrations, and end-to-end business process flows.
- Experience documenting interface specifications, data flows, and system interaction diagrams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience decomposing complex requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Experience analyzing and documenting customer journeys, user flows, and interaction models.
- Experience supporting process transformation or user experience improvement initiatives.
- Experience identifying use cases for artificial intelligence-enabled solutions in business or product environments.
- Experience in professional services is not required.
