Deputy Manager - Maintenance

What will you do?

  • Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support uninterrupted operations
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods

  • Problem Solving — advanced level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions quickly
  • Manufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; monitoring metrics to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
  • Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements
  • Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; ensuring compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities
  • Total Productive Maintenance — intermediate level; implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns
  • Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; using data insights to enhance maintenance strategies
  • Lean Methodology — developing level; applying lean principles to streamline maintenance workflows
  • Automation Integration — developing level; supporting integration of automated systems into maintenance processes
