What will you do?
- Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support uninterrupted operations
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods
- Problem Solving — advanced level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions quickly
- Manufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; monitoring metrics to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements
- Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; ensuring compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities
- Total Productive Maintenance — intermediate level; implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns
- Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; using data insights to enhance maintenance strategies
- Lean Methodology — developing level; applying lean principles to streamline maintenance workflows
- Automation Integration — developing level; supporting integration of automated systems into maintenance processes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across production, engineering, and operations teams
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance standards
