As a Lead Associate - Fits with 5.6-10.6 years of experience, your role will encompass overseeing vendor management, ensuring product integrity, and effectively managing stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing plans to optimize vendor performance, maintaining product quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Product Integrity: Implement processes to uphold product quality, compliance, and safety standards throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and collaborate on initiatives that drive mutual success.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic decision-making processes to align vendor, product, and stakeholder management efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate vendor performance, track product quality indicators, and assess stakeholder satisfaction levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, product enhancement, and stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
