Bill Weiss
Bill is the Director of Sales at Island Creek Oysters. He got his start as a finance bro but quickly ran away to become a fisherman...and a sous chef... and a fly fishing guide. In 2016, Bill joined the crew before eventually becoming the Director of Sales, where he nurtures the ever growing family of restaurants and chef customers who work with the farm, across the country.
