Workday Technical Consultant Managed Services
Enterprise Performance
Our Enterprise Performance team helps clients maximize value from their investments in finance, supply chain, and IT operations through strategy, process design, and technology enablement. As a Workday Technical Consultant, Managed Services, you will support clients in optimizing Workday solutions, strengthening operational performance, and advancing their digital transformation objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that help organizations operate more effectively in a dynamic business environment.
Level : Consultant or equivalent
As a Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Workday integrations and perform regression testing across enhancements and releases.
- Oversee integration scheduling and monitoring to support stable and timely operations.
- Configure and support Workday integration solutions using Connector, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Studio.
- Create and maintain calculated fields for integrations and coordinate requirements across teams to support consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to support integration design reviews, issue resolution, ticket management, and service delivery.

Qualifications
Required :
- Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 support for Workday integrations.
- Experience performing regression testing for Workday integrations.
- Experience with Workday integration scheduling and monitoring.
- Experience with Workday object-oriented data models and integration approaches, including Connector, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Studio.
- Experience creating and maintaining calculated fields for integrations.
- Experience working across platforms integrated with Workday.
- Experience with data governance, integration development standards, and ticket management.
- Experience collaborating with technical solution architects on integration design reviews and approvals.
- Experience supporting workflow-based integration solutions in a managed services environment.
