Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design online assessment blueprints based on roles and responsibilities.
• Utilize LLMs and AI-powered research platforms to scan, summarize, and enhance assessment research activities.
• Ensure 100% quality and timely delivery of assessment solutions for various clients.
• Share sample papers and test logins with clients, collect feedback, consolidate comments, and implement necessary modifications.
• Assist in updating assessment blueprints and test specifications as required.
• Coordinate with internal content teams, SMEs, and reviewers to support assessment development activities.
• Contribute to the development of new and innovative assessment items and products.
• Follow established item-writing, style, and review guidelines consistently.
• Adhere to ethical standards and applicable laws and regulations governing assessment practices.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of the assessment domain and industry.
• Familiarity with different question formats such as MCQs, Multiple Correct Answers (MCA), Descriptive, and Coding questions.
• Basic understanding of Aptitude, Domain, Computer Science, and Engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in computer usage, MS Office applications, and an AI-forward mindset.
• Ability to leverage AI/LLM tools for research and productivity enhancement.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, grammatically correct, and fluent English.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
