Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager at Inkers, based in Mysore and focused specifically on 5-star hotel construction projects. You will plan, execute, and oversee luxury hospitality projects end-to-end — ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, hospitality brand stakeholders, and clients. You'll also be a lead user of Kaël, Inkers AI project intelligence platform, using it to track site progress, predict schedule and cost risk, and automate reporting across your hotel projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for 5-star hotel projects in collaboration with stakeholders and hospitality brand representatives.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across design, construction, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) phases.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution on luxury hospitality builds.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards meet 5-star brand and guest-experience benchmarks.
• Use Kaël to track project performance, monitor predictive delay and cost signals, and keep every stakeholder aligned on the same site reality.
• Facilitate communication between teams, hotel brand stakeholders, and clients, providing regular progress updates and automated reporting.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality brand standards, statutory approvals, and safety/quality protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement across future hotel developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with hands-on experience delivering 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality projects strongly preferred.
•  Candidates with a Construction Industry or PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background will be preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•  Experience with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools; familiarity with AI-driven construction intelligence platforms (such as Kaël) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple hospitality projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with hotel brand standards and guest-experience requirements.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
•  Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Mysore.
