Design and develop brake system components, including brake discs, brake drums, calipers, backing plates, brake pedals, brackets, and related assemblies using CATIA V5.
Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, and assembly layouts.
Prepare manufacturing drawings with GD&T in accordance with industry standards.
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and support design validation activities.
Collaborate with CAE, Manufacturing, Testing, Purchasing, and Supplier Quality teams throughout the product development cycle.
Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR).
Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, automotive standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support prototype development, testing, and production issue resolution.
Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and design records.
