Backend Developer (C++ /.NET)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs
  • Develop high-performance components in modern C++ and .NET
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with product and DevOps to deliver secure and scalable solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in C++ (C++14/17) and .NET (C# preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data structures, concurrency, and memory management
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux development workflows
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices

Own the ML lifecycle from data preparation to model deployment for applied business use-cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation
  • Experiment with classical ML and deep learning techniques where appropriate
  • Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into production services
  • Monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and robustness
  • Document assumptions, metrics, and results clearly

Requirements

  • Solid Python skills and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy
  • Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and evaluation metrics
  • Experience with model serving or MLOps is a plus
  • Comfortable working with real-world, messy datasets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Provide reliable L1/L2 support during night shift hours, ensuring uptime and rapid incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor infrastructure and endpoints; respond to alerts and incidents
  • Troubleshoot user issues (Windows, networking basics, email, printers)
  • Perform routine maintenance and update documentation/runbooks
  • Coordinate escalations with the L3/engineering team as required
  • Maintain clear communication and handover notes between shifts

Requirements

  • Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational schedule
  • Good understanding of Windows administration and basic networking
  • Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident workflows
  • Certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL) are a plus
