Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Automation Manager to lead automation testing initiatives, define automation strategy, and manage a team of Automation Engineers and SDETs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, API Testing, CI/CD, GitHub, AI-driven testing, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Agentic AI/AVI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Automation Engineers and QA teams.
Define and execute the organization's test automation strategy.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks.
Drive UI, API, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end automation testing.
Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Business teams.
