We are looking to hire a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Operations team in a high-impact, leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As part of the Operations team, you will lead a team and drive financial oversight, process excellence, and strong control frameworks. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor, operational understanding, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial control and reporting across operational processes
• Ensure robust governance, compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage reconciliations, MIS, and financial data accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
• Collaborate across functions including Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams

Who We Are Looking For

• Qualified CA
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience can be from any industry
• Proven experience in team handling / leadership roles
• Strong understanding of financial controls, audit processes, and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated job stability and continuity in prior roles
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills
