Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
Fresher's are eligible to apply (UG/ PG)
Prior experience in Customer support (Voice/ Non-voice process) is a plus! Role and Responsibilities:
Source and identify top-quality candidates from various job platforms to match their profile for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and Healthcare based industries.
Conduct in-depth resume screening to understand the candidate's profile.
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong pipeline. Perks & Benefits:
