Role Purpose

To support the Corporate Sustainability team through effective management of sustainability dashboards, finance processes, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and department administration, ensuring smooth execution of sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Dashboard Management

• Manage and monitor Re-Earth Portal and Sustainability Data inflows.
• Ensure timely data availability and accuracy.
• Track and follow up on issue closures.
• Coordinate with mission SPOCs and organize review meetings.
• Manage user access, activation, and deactivation in sustainability platforms.

Finance & Documentation

• Process Capex and Opex payments through SAP and approval portals.
• Create POs, DPs, e-forms, and vendor codes.
• Maintain invoice records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance for payments, provisions, and reporting.
• Prepare departmental cost summaries and analyses.

Administration & Engagement

• Coordinate employee engagement activities such as birthday and anniversary communications.
• Support meetings, events, and logistics arrangements.
• Manage courier dispatches, stationery procurement, and departmental documentation.
• Support travel and reimbursement documentation for department leadership.

System & Learning Support

• Coordinate training records and user support activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, administration, finance coordination, or sustainability support.
• Working knowledge of SAP/MS Office preferred.
