Conversations Specialist(International Chat Process)

We are looking for a Conversations Specialist to join our Operations team in Mumbai.

In this role, you will engage with website visitors through live chat, understand their needs, answer queries and capture potential leads. You will handle multiple chats, follow established conversation scripts, learn about different clients and their products or services, and ensure leads are shared with the correct client with the right information.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Good customer interaction and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand customer queries and respond appropriately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Prior experience in live chat or customer service is an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai
• Willing to work rotational shifts
