- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients
- Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software.
- Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conducting research on the potential Client's database as per the requirement
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
- Minimum Graduate
