AI Visual Designer

New video models. New workflows. New possibilities.

We're looking for an AI Visual Designer who loves experimenting with tools like Kling, Runway, Veo, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and whatever comes next.

At Adgraam, you'll work at the intersection of creativity, advertising, and AI—building ad concepts, testing creative formats, discovering new workflows, and helping businesses generate high-performing ads at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experiment with AI video generation tools (Kling AI, Runway Gen-4, Veo, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, etc.) to discover new creative possibilities for ad content.
• Develop and test ad concepts such as hooks, scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments across D2C verticals like fashion, beauty, food, electronics, and wellness.
• Build and document repeatable creative workflows and prompt strategies that the team and customers can use at scale.
• Stay obsessively up to date on AI video model releases, feature updates, and industry trends; share insights via internal demos and content.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate high-performing creative formats into the Adgraam platform.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• 1–4 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, content creation, or a related role in D2C / e-commerce.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least 2–3 AI video/image generation tools (e.g. Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, DALL·E).
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ad concepts, write compelling hooks, and think visually.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting A/B test results and using data to guide creative decisions.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva Video, or similar) to assemble a rough cut.

Bonus Points:

• D2C or e-commerce experience

• Experience creating AI-generated ad creatives

• Understanding of Meta, Google, or TikTok ad creatives
