Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design.

Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for social media.

Basic color grading and sound design skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications

Motion graphics or simple animation skills are a strong advantage.
