Design alloy and steel wheels using CATIA V5/V6.
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and GD&T as per customer requirements.
Develop wheel components considering strength, weight, and manufacturability.
Perform design modifications based on CAE, testing, and customer feedback.
Work with CAE, manufacturing, and quality teams during product development.
Prepare BOMs, engineering change requests (ECR/ECO), and design documentation.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer specifications.
