Your activities

Understand client requirements by interacting with both domestic and international customers.
Assess the technical feasibility of various projects, working closely with the sales team to ensure proper execution from a technical
and commercial standpoint.
Ensure smooth order processing, from receiving the customer order to execution. This involves coordinating with production,
procurement, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, especially for critical customer orders. This includes tracking milestones
such as production stages, testing, and shipment schedules.
Maintain comprehensive records for each project, including specifications, customer requirements, approvals, and certifications.
Coordinate the preparation of product certification, such as material certificates, inspection reports, and compliance documents,
especially for export requirements.
Oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any specific
documents required by foreign customers or regulations.
Ensure timely dispatch of products to international customers while adhering to customs regulations and export rules.
Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on project status, challenges, and successes, for both the internal team and
customers.
