MedClover Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a healthcare staffing and home care company providing trained nursing staff, care attendants, general duty assistants, elder care staff, and housekeeping personnel to hospitals, care institutions, and home care providers across Delhi NCR and other locations.

Role Description

We are hiring a Recruiter. The role includes end-to-end recruitment of healthcare and support staff, sourcing care attendants from different locations and training institutes, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating with clients, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
• Ability to hire care attendants from multiple locations and build relationships with training institutes.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and ATS.
• Healthcare staffing experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
