We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Guntur. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships within the Guntur region.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored financial products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial goals, portfolios, and market developments.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, operations) to deliver seamless client service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance and relationship status.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales and client retention targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Guntur market and local business landscape is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
