Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable backend applications, developing efficient APIs, and creating robust, high performance systems. You will work closely with our Devops, QA, and operations teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that support our business objectives

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Flask
Build and manage RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Implement and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) for context aware systems and AI driven workflows
Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end to end solutions
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Integrate databases and manage data flow (SQL/NoSQL systems)
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
Ensure application security and data protection practices are followed
Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
Support deployment processes and work with CI/CD pipelines
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python programming (data structures, OOP, error handling)
Hands on experience with the Flask framework for building web applications and APIs
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar context handling / AI integration frameworks
Good knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
Understanding of software design principles (modular design, scalability, maintainability)
Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
Familiarity with API security practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with other Python frameworks like FastAPI or Django
Exposure to AI/ML integrations, LLM based applications, or prompt engineering
Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with Docker and containerization
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, Celery, background jobs)
Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger / OpenAPI
Familiarity with testing frameworks (PyTest, unit/integration testing)
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
