About The Role
We’re looking for a world-class UI/UX Designer someone who doesn’t just “make screens,” but defines the entire visual soul of Vynexa. You will architect interfaces that make advanced AI feel effortless, intuitive, and borderline magical. We work fast. We experiment aggressively. We expect you to care deeply about every pixel and justify its existence. If you want a chill design job, this is not it. Responsibilities
- Craft end-to-end user journeys that reveal complexity only when necessary.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes that feel more like finished products than mockups.
- Own, evolve, and protect our design system with almost religious devotion.
- Work tightly with engineers to ensure every shipped product looks and behaves exactly the way it was intended.
- Conduct user research, break assumptions, and iterate at high speed.
- One of the strongest UI/UX designers in your circle the person others ask for feedback.
- Someone with a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling.
- Obsessed with typography, spacing, minimalism, and why things feel the way they feel.
- Fluent in Figma components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, animations.
- A builder who understands how designs translate to real frontend constraints.
- Comfortable throwing away good ideas to make space for great ones.
- Think in systems, not screens.
- Care about shipping fast, learning fast, and iterating even faster.
- Can defend your design decisions with clarity and taste.
- Want to push the boundaries of how humans interact with AI.
