Job Summary
We are looking for qualified & experienced Abacus Teachers to join our team and wear multiple hats - of Abacus teacher & trainer, facilitator, innovator, subject matter researcher, and course-developer to research, design and teach our existing and new Abacus courses, trainings & workshops.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting 'train the trainer' (online and offline) sessions for aspiring Abacus teachers, assess them after the training, seek feedback and continue to guide & support them through solving their queries & conducting regular refresher training.
- Conducting online and offline sessions for 1-to-1 / small batch of students for the subject.
- Carry out in-depth research for new trends in the subject domain & guide the management in incrementally improving the subject syllabus.
- Create supporting material / media (audio, video, etc).
- Qualified as an Abacus teacher for all levels.
- Previous work experience teaching Abacus preferred.
- Well-versed with online teaching techniques and 'tech-savvy'.
- Ability to work to a tight schedule.
