Technical/Functional Skills:

4-7 years of experience in technical, proposal or business writing, supporting proposals or providing sales support
Work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solve.
Work well under pressure, with intense prioritization along with timely and transparent communication.
Understand and document moderately complex technical material.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage version control, generating additional or revised drafts of RFx responses by merging information delivered by Product, Operations and Sales.
Develop customized executive summaries and cover letters to align with sales messaging.
Provide final edit by reviewing completed document to ensure consistency and accuracy in tone/voice of response.
Develop/maintain good working knowledge of current service capabilities and future direction.
Form effective business relationships with a variety of internal clients.

Required Skills:

Preference will be given to Experience with RFx response software such as Responsive, preferred.
Estimate time/impacts of project tasks or changes.
Learn to use tools for project work.
Balance two critical aspects of developing user information: thorough product understanding and technical expertise versus audience information needs.
Ability to contribute in multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision and intervention
Critical Thinking: Data story telling must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to collaborate with others to obtain information to meet project deliverables.

Education Qualification

:Engineering Degree with Sales Experience is Preferre
