Registered Nurse (RN)

As an RN with Greater Baltimore Homecare LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and provision of direct nursing care. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client health needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with clients and other health care providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor clients for changes in condition and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Educate clients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to provide top-notch care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols.
- Exceptional judgment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
