Teaching Associate

The Teaching Associate supports classroom delivery at SIRE by sitting in on faculty-led sessions, maintaining detailed session notes, and ensuring topic coverage stays aligned with the curriculum. This is a classroom support and academic coordination role rather than an independent teaching position. SIRE is recruiting across two eligibility tracks, described below; both tracks perform the same core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and sit through all assigned faculty teaching sessions.
- Take comprehensive, structured notes covering the content delivered in each session.
- Track session content against the planned curriculum/syllabus and identify any topics faculty may have missed.
- Flag missed or incomplete topics to the concerned faculty member promptly for follow-up.
- Maintain organized, retrievable session records for academic reference.
- Report progress and any classroom-delivery gaps to the Academic Head.

Qualifications
Track 1 — Technical (Preferred)
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related civil discipline; OR
- Relevant work experience in construction, civil works, or related fields, in place of formal education.
Track 2 — General
- Graduate/postgraduate degree such as B.Com, BBA, MBA, LLB, finance.
- A finance-related degree or equivalent professional experience in finance.
- Strong enthusiasm for, and interest in building a career within, the real estate industry.
