We're hiring a Tender Management Specialist to lead the full tendering lifecycle and drive business growth through winning proposals. If you thrive on analyzing complex requirements, crafting competitive bids, and delivering solutions that balance profitability with customer value, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely project cost estimates. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members while collaborating with other departments to streamline processes.
  • You will contribute to developing and implementing best practices within the estimation function to drive efficiency and precision.
  • Analyzing project requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions that showcase Schneider Electric's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Providing technical support and expertise during the tendering process, including addressing technical queries and participating in customer meetings as needed
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure mastering all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, purchasing, cash flow etc.
  • Ensure consistency and interfaces from one package or project to another, with the account’s previous experience including risks, T&Cs, set-up and hours, taxes, lessons learned etc.

Qualifications -

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering. An MBA would be preferred.
  • 7-10 years of working experience is preferable in the Secure Power/Service business. Knowledge in Single-Phase and three-phase UPS, Cooling Products, Batteries, and associated spare parts, Battery monitoring systems, Understanding of UPS and Cooling Modernization, retrofit solutions for secure power products, data center requirements and Asset management through Digitization.
  • Additional knowledge of Digital solutions, and cyber security shall be preferred Good planning & inter-personal & communication skills and decision-making Previous experience in Marketing & Tendering of Electrical Distribution Business, and service business.
