Today, more than 10 crore users have used MySivi to improve their spoken English through real-time conversations with AI. Our Android and iOS apps provide instant feedback on grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence, making English practice feel natural and personalized.

We're also building Lovish AI (www.lovish.ai), an AI companion app where users can chat, learn, and build meaningful interactions with AI. As AI moves closer to becoming a part of everyday life, we believe people should be comfortable talking to AI just like they talk to another person. Lovish has already crossed 1M+ downloads in just 4 months and is growing rapidly.

We're a profitable, fast-growing startup with 1M+ monthly active users, and we're looking for a Product Manager who loves building products that users genuinely enjoy. You'll work directly with the founders, own important product decisions, run experiments, talk to users, and help shape the future of both MySivi and Lovish AI.

About the role:

We're looking for a Product Manager who has worked on consumer products and genuinely loves building great user experiences. If you're someone who learns fast, likes taking ownership, and enjoys shipping products quickly, you'll fit right in.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founders and have a huge impact on the product from day one.

What you'll do?

• Own products and features from idea to launch.
• Talk to users, understand their problems, and turn them into simple, impactful product experiences.
• Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and data teams to build and ship features quickly.
• Write clear PRDs, define priorities, and keep execution moving at a fast pace.
• Set up better product and execution processes across teams.
• Run experiments continuously, analyze results, and improve product metrics.
• Find meaningful ways to use AI that actually improve the user experience—not just because it's trendy.
• Define success metrics and improve user engagement, retention, and overall product growth.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, models, and trends, and think about how they can make our products better.

What we are looking for?

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a consumer startup or consumer tech company.
• Strong product thinking with an obsession for building products users love.
• Good understanding of AI concepts like LLMs, prompting, RAG, NLP, recommendation systems, etc.
• Experience working on AI-powered products or features is a big plus.
• Comfortable using data to make product decisions and running experiments.
• Comfortable using tools like Metabase, Amplitude, Webengage, Mixpanel, etc.
• Able to think big while also paying attention to the smallest product details.
• Excellent communication and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• High ownership-you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You figure things out and make things happen.

Bonus points:

• You've built your own app or startup before.
• You've used tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or other AI coding tools extensively.
• You're genuinely excited about AI and spend time experimenting with the latest models and products
