- We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Boy to deliver customer orders safely and on time.
- The candidate will be responsible for order pickup, delivery management, customer coordination, and maintaining delivery records.
- The role requires good time management skills and adherence to traffic and safety guidelines.
Order Delivery:
- Pick up and deliver orders within the assigned area.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders.
- Verify delivery details such as address and contact information.
- Maintain proper delivery records and update order status.
- Coordinate professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service.
- Handle customer queries related to delivery when required.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of collected payments.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while delivering orders.
- Handle delivery items carefully to avoid damage.
- Responsible and punctual attitude.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Valid driving license and vehicle (if required).
