We're Hiring: Area Activation Manager | Guwahati (North East India)

What you'll do:

Lead market activation programs and mechanic loyalty initiatives

Engage mechanics, fleet owners, dealers, and influencers

Drive demand generation and business growth across assigned markets.

Manage distributor-driven activations, roadshows, garage meets, and fleet engagement programs.

Lead and develop field activation teams

What we're looking for:

8-12 years of experience in B2C Sales,Distributor Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Promotion, Business Development, or Channel Management

Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience in automotive, lubricants, FMCG, tyres, batteries, or related industries preferred

Experience in ATL & BTL marketing strategies

Worked in Loyalty Program Ecosystem
