Job Title : TPR- Technical Product Responsible
Mission:
To take end-to-end technical ownership of assigned products, ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements, driving continuous product improvement (CPI), and maintaining product competitiveness across its lifecycle
Job Responsibility:
Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management
- Own and manage assigned products across the entire lifecycle (post-NPD to phase-out).
- Ensure product competitiveness in performance, cost, and reliability.
- Take over ownership after NPD closure and drive CPI activities.
- Lead CPI initiatives and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Define and monitor annual targets (functionality, availability, cost).
- Drive continuous improvement based on field feedback and data analysis.
- Act as single point of contact for technical queries.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with global and local product responsible teams.
- Lead complex CPI projects as Project Leader.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and resource availability.
- Participate in FSM, PSM, TPM, and project review meetings.
- Drive technology transfer and dual manufacturing projects.
- Support localization and industrialization initiatives.
- Work closely with production and sourcing teams.
- Define test plans and protocols for lab and field validation.
- Coordinate testing activities with service and validation teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with SRD and design manuals.
- Maintain and update technical files for all product stages.
- Ensure documentation completeness and audit readiness.
- Evaluate and approve/reject deviations.
- Ensure design changes meet safety and legal requirements.
- Escalate approvals to R&D Manager where required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct safety reviews and risk assessments.
- Mitigate risks in ongoing projects.
- Coordinate across hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ensure system-level integration and performance.
- Support current and legacy product issues.
- Integrate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Support supplier changes and localization.
- Handle obsolescence and technical queries.
- Assist in deviation and RTS handling.
- Drive process improvements.
- Prepare and present monthly CPI reports to management.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge
- Hands on Experience in Pro-Engineer Creo / Teamcenter/ M3.
- Good engineering background on material selection, design concept development manufacturing process & structural design of weldment components.
- Drawings detailing and GD&T.
- Preparation & release of Bill of material and engineering change management.
- Good Communicator, Energetic, team player, with ability to lead the activity, motivate a cross-functional team, multi-tasking capability, and be able to develop good collaborative working culture within and other function.
