Job Description: Associate – Marketing About KKID The Karl Kübel Institute for Development (KKID), an initiative of the Karl Kübel Foundation for Child & Family (KKF), is a leading capacity-building and learning institution based in Anaikatti, Coimbatore. Set amidst a 15-acre eco-friendly campus in the foothills of the Western Ghats, KKID offers a modern residential training facility with conference halls, accommodation, experiential learning spaces, and digital learning infrastructure. For over three decades, KKID has partnered with NGOs, government institutions, CSR foundations, development agencies and community-based organisations to strengthen institutional capacity through high-quality training programmes, leadership development, organisational strengthening, and knowledge exchange. Position: Associate– Marketing Location: Coimbatore/ Hybrid Role Purpose The Associate – Marketing will be responsible for marketing KKID as a leading learning and capacity development institutions. The role will drive participant enrolment, institutional partnerships, and utilisation of the KKID training facility by designing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives targeting the development sector, government, CSR and corporate organisations. Key Responsibilities

Market KKID's training, leadership development and capacity-building programmes and conferences to NGOs, government departments, CSR foundations, funding agencies and corporate organisations.
Promote the residential training centre as a preferred venue for conferences, workshops, retreats and learning events.
Develop and execute both digital and offline marketing strategies to increase programme participation and institutional visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, training partners and prospective clients across India.
Manage KKID's social media presence, website content and marketing collateral to strengthen the institute's brand.
Represent KKID at conferences, exhibitions, networking events and sector forums.
Work closely with programme teams to design marketing campaigns for upcoming training programmes and learning initiatives. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline from a reputed university.
2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, training promotion, HR services, learning institutions or facility marketing.
Demonstrated experience in marketing training programmes or institutional services will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, networking and relationship management skills.
Active and professional presence on social media, with the ability to leverage digital platforms while also driving effective offline marketing initiatives.
Resident of Coimbatore (preferred) and willing to travel to other cities as required. What We Offer
