- Install, commission, and test centralized lubrication systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of lubrication systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective solutions within the committed turnaround time.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper functioning of lubrication equipment after installation and servicing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Attend emergency service calls and resolve customer issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams for technical support and customer requirements.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records after every site visit.
- Maintain service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned service activities.
- Assist in product demonstrations, commissioning, and customer training programs.
- Identify opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts sales, and system upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of service tools, spare parts, and consumables required for field service activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures while working at customer sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and timely service.
- Travel extensively to customer locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Report recurring technical issues and recommend product improvements based on field observations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely issue resolution.
- Perform any other service-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
