Business and Data Analyst

Job Description

Involved in different projects such as the development of websites, static and interactive infographics and data visualisation products;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, designers and developers to ensure successful project delivery;
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges and objectives;
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories;
Analyse, understand and draw conclusions from provided data, so as to support the development of a product;
Prepare and present reports, deliverables, findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field;
Proven experience of 2+ years in a similar role;
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications;
Excellent analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills;
Experience in data visualisation and Business Intelligence (BI) practices and tools;
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
