- BBA / MBA / B.Com / HR / Administration preferred
- Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, leave, and personal files.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment orders, confirmation, transfer, and resignation letters.
- Maintain employee service records, and statutory registers.
- Coordinate recruitment activities - posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee induction, training records, and performance review documentation.
- Support payroll processing by preparing attendance summaries and overtime details.
- Prepare and submit PF and ESI monthly/annual returns.
- Handle Factory License renewal, Establishment renewal and ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings.
- Maintain all statutory registers as per the Factories Act and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with government departments, inspectors, and consultants during audits and inspections.
- Update and maintain records related to Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, and Minimum Wages compliance.
- Assist in preparation of HR audit documents and internal compliance reports.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, insurance, fuel logbooks, and driver schedules.
- Support safety programs, fire drills, and first-aid activities.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR and administrative reports.
- Track and renew contracts, licenses, and insurance policies before due dates.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for HR-related payments and reimbursements.
- Support preparation of data for management reports and audits.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / HR / Administration preferred).5–10 years of experience in HR, personnel, or factory administration roles.Knowledge of PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory compliances.Familiarity with MS Office and HR documentation.Strong coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet compliance deadlines.Attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork orientation.
